Luxury garden pool
As summer approaches, it is worth having an oasis of relaxation in your garden to unwind and gain new strength. A swim in a large swimming pool can be the perfect answer. The raw yet Scandinavian style and the large space will make every session a unique experience. A swimming pool will work well on a summer weekend, during a holiday or after a hard day’s work, giving you blissful relaxation surrounded by nature. It is also a meeting place for family and friends. The structure can be set up on a terrace, in an intimate garden space, on a recreational plot or even near accommodation facilities to the delight of holidaymakers.
Spruce wood
Solid spruce wood from forests was used in the construction of the pool. The pool coping consists of selected boards – each 44 mm-thick. The pool is highly resistant to atmospheric conditions, moisture, and deformation, as the wood has undergone highly effective kin drying – kilning. The product is very spacious, with dimensions of 6 x 2 m and a capacity of up to 12 000 litres of water, ensuring complete comfort for those taking a dip. Inside the pool there is a blue liner – durable polypropylene fibre is responsible for its watertightness, unique properties and aesthetics. Standard pool fittings include a metal ladder, wooden steps, and a 6 m³/h sand filter. The basic pool set can be enhanced with additional modules in the form of a wooden cover, dedicated LED lighting, a water heating system using an immersion heater, heat pump or outdoor wood-burning stove. Furthermore, it is possible to have the wood impregnated with Remmers colours or replace the classic wood with the extremely durable Thermo Wood. In addition, it is advisable to purchase practical accessories such as a skimmer for water purification, a self-cleaning saltwater chlorinator or a nozzle for generating a countercurrent effect. The delivery service includes transport of the assembled pool set to indicated address.
Pleasant relaxation
The Scandinavian design creates a unique atmosphere and, with its austerity, is inspired by the natural material of real spruce wood. Contact with nature helps to reduce stress and calm the emotions. The aesthetically pleasing liners and fittings are responsible for the high comfort of use, making every swim an inspiring experience. Your own swimming pool is not only a space for relaxation, but also an interesting design element in the garden or an attribute that emphasises the exclusivity of the place in which it is set.
On the other hand, owners of accommodation facilities will appreciate the pool for its recreational value, as it can enrich their offer by giving their guests the opportunity to experience some relaxation in a natural setting.
Thermo wood – power hidden in nature
The natural materials available from A&M offer unique quality and classic solutions. The option of choosing Thermo Wood is a good way to opt for an even higher standard and even better protection against moisture, temperature fluctuations or material deformation. Thermo Wood is the result of a hardening process, which results in high durability and resistance to external factors. It is a good lumber for swimming pools, tubs, saunas, and hot tubs.
Through the implementation of modern technology for the thermal modification of spruce wood, traditional wood is transformed into Thermo Wood. In other words, this is a process that takes place in specially designed chambers, where the wood is hardened using high temperatures (190-215°C) and steam. The effect of this is not only that the spruce wood changes colour to dark brown but, above all, it acquires unique properties which are typical of wood known from tropical forests. Under the influence of temperature and water vapour, the structure of the raw material is transformed, meaning that there is no moisture and resin inside and the naturally occurring sugars are crystallised. As a result, Thermo Wood does not absorb water and has a high resistance to fungi and mould. The wood treated in this way has good thermal insulation and does not deform under fluctuations in temperature or high humidity and is resistant to decay and rot.
The presence of Thermo Wood in products such as swimming pools, saunas, tubs, and hot tubs is a guarantee of exceptional quality and custom parameters, which works in adverse environments of moisture, temperature, and microorganisms. Natural hardened spruce wood maintains high resistance and durability for many years. As a result, every user will gain trouble-free operation and protection from harmful microorganisms.
