The Heidi summer house with a terrace is made of Polish spruce wood. It will work perfectly in a garden, on a plot, at a campsite or as an accommodation facility.

The Heidi’s one-story house with dimensions 4 x 6 m is made of sanded, four-sided planed boards with a moisture content of 18% and a thickness of 18-34mm. The house includes a terrace of approx. 4 x 2 m, one room, a wooden double door with glass and a double window with glass 3mm thick. The boarded gable roof is a solid structure that covers the construction.

The house is not impregnated and is easy to assemble. Weight: 1200 kg, delivered on a pallet.

Order and assemble a house on your own, where you will spend every holiday and weekend. A house with a spacious terrace is a great option for families and meetings with friends. Large space, natural materials and good standard equipment will allow you to arrange your own interior. Thanks to the house, meetings, barbecues or overnight stays will be pure pleasure, without sacrifices. It is also an aesthetic decoration of the garden or plot, which will perfectly blend in with the green surroundings.

Natural wood from Poland

The Heidi summer house with a terrace was made by hand from natural spruce wood from Poland with a moisture content of 18%. The construction of the house is solid and consists of four-sided planed and sanded boards with a thickness of 18 mm on the floor and 34 mm in the wall. The roof is gable and boarded – you can cover it with any sheathing. The set also includes a wooden, double-leaf door with a single pane of glass, a solid lock and a handle, and a double-leaf window with a glass pane 3mm thick. The Heidi’s house is a compact structure with dimensions of 4 x 6 m, the interior of which is as much as 16 m², and the terrace is an additional 8 m² of a cozy, semi-open space with space for garden furniture. Remember that the one-story Heidi wooden house will come to you on a safe transport pallet (1200 kg), so you will need simple tools and a second person to assemble it. The boards require impregnation immediately after assembly.

Yes, however, it is worth taking into account the health condition of the elderly person as some medical conditions may constitute a contraindication to using a sauna. More information can be found here.

Yes, however there is no clear answer at what age children can start using a sauna. It is assumed that the limit is around the age of 3 as the child is already able to communicate with his/her parents and say if there is something wrong. Sadly, not everyone can enjoy the pleasure of sauna use - sauna relaxation is not recommended to, e.g., people who suffer from epilepsy, cancer, certain skin diseases and those who take anticoagulants.

Sauna helps to toughen up the body, which effectively improves immunity. Staying at a high temperature allows to cleanse the body of toxins, improves the functioning of the circulatory system and has a positive effect on the speed of metabolism, which translates into weight loss.

What are the maintenance and care recommendations for a sauna at home?

Make sure that you clean the sauna regularly. After each use, remove all traces of moisture, paying particular attention to the floor. It is advisable to use a damp cloth and dry the cleaned surfaces thoroughly afterwards. Also, it is necessary to remove any dirt that may encourage the growth of harmful microorganisms.

Are there any recommendations regarding the location of a sauna in the garden, such as distance from buildings or type of ground?

It is recommended to place the sauna on a hard, levelled ground.

What are the recommendations for maintaining and protecting a garden sauna from weather conditions such as rain, snow or UV radiation?

The garden sauna is made of properly impregnated and finished larch and spruce boards. Its roof can be covered with asphalt shingles, highly resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions. The pool needs to be impregnated with varnish after the purchase. You can impregnate the product yourself or use the dedicated varnish option.

Are there pools available with additional features such as lighting or water heating systems?

It is possible to purchase an outdoor wood-burning stove, heat pump or immersion heater. Additional fittings: wooden cover, LED lighting, Thermo Wood, chlorinator, skimmer or counterflow.

Do you offer garden swimming pool installation services?

Delivery does not include the unloading and set-up of the pool.

Are there any safety requirements or legal regulations related to the installation of a wooden pool in the garden?

Pursuant to Art. 29 sec. 2(13), there is no need to report the construction of a backyard swimming pool and there is no need to obtain a building permit if the pool area does not exceed 50 square meters.

Does a wooden pool require a special foundation or ground?

Our product has a very solid construction, but to use it properly, the ground needs to be well-prepared. It should be even and hardened. It is best to cover the ground with cubes, tiles, concrete or place concrete blocks in appropriate spots. A wooden but solid terrace is also an option. This will further increase the lifespan of the pool and ensure safety during use.

Is it possible to install additional accessories such as filters, steps?

You will receive a metal ladder, wooden steps and a sand filter with your pool. Additionally, it is possible to purchase an outdoor wood-burning stove, heat pump or immersion heater. Additional fittings: wooden cover, LED lighting, Thermo Wood, chlorinator, skimmer or counterflow.

Is it mandatory to report the construction of a gazebo?

If you want to expand your plot with a structure with an area smaller than 35 m², it is required to report only the action itself. However, if the area of the structure is over 35 m², it is necessary to obtain a building permit. More details can be found in this article.

Are garden gazebos available as self-assembly sets or are they delivered fully assembled? Do you offer assembly services?

The garden gazebo is designed for self-assembly. The roof can be finished with own sheathing. Home/garden delivery on a transport pallet.

Is there an option to customise a gazebo design to individual needs and preferences?

Can modular homes be supplied fully finished, ready to move in?

It is possible to order a house in the KOMFORT version, fully equipped for residential use.

Are there any legal restrictions or local regulations that must be observed when it comes to modular houses?

Current law indicates that all structures that exceed a total area of 35 m2 require reporting. Therefore, when planning the purchase of smaller models, one can rest assured that everything is done in accordance with the applicable regulations and there is no need to deal with any formalities, other than notifying the municipal authorities.

What type of wood is used for building the houses?

We use high-quality spruce wood to build our houses. It’s a natural material that combines durability, aesthetic appeal, and proper insulation properties. Depending on the model, we also use ThermoWood, which is characterized by increased resistance to weather conditions.

Are wooden houses resistant to moisture and mold?

Yes – our houses are properly protected against the effects of moisture and mold. We use proven wood preservatives and solutions that safeguard the wood for many years. Additionally, the structure of the houses and the bitumen shingle roof covering ensure resistance even in harsher weather conditions. Note: impregnation must be done only after assembly. We do not pre-impregnate!

Do wooden houses require regular maintenance?

To keep your wooden house looking good and durable for many years, we recommend periodic wood maintenance – such as refreshing the protective coating every few seasons. These are simple tasks that will let you enjoy your house for a long time with minimal effort.

What kind of base is recommended for a wooden house?

We recommend preparing a stable and hardened foundation for wooden houses. A concrete slab, foundation blocks, or paving stones work well. A proper foundation ensures the stability of the structure and makes assembly easier.

Can I assemble the house on my own?

Yes – our summer houses are designed with easy, do-it-yourself assembly in mind. Many models do not require a professional crew, as you will receive all necessary components and a clear instruction manual.
However, it’s worth noting that even if the house is under 35 m², its construction may require a building notice to the local authorities. Before starting the assembly, make sure to check if the area falls under a Local Spatial Development Plan and what the local regulations are.

Is the hot tub equipped with heating systems to ensure a comfortable water temperature all year round?

The water in the basin in our garden hot tub is heated by a heater (3 kW) with a thermostat (15-45°C) and a pump with flow control.

How to properly protect the hot tub for the winter?

If you do not plan to use the garden hot tub in winter, it is worth protecting it using a special thermal cover. This solution will not only protect the interior of the hot tub from dirt but will also keep the water clean. To properly prepare the hot tub for the winter season, it is necessary to remove any water from the product, especially that which may remain in the jets and pipes.

What are the costs associated with purchasing, installing and maintaining a hot tub throughout the year, including operation and maintenance costs?

Our garden hot tub is designed for year-round use - water is only filled once and it circulates in the tub all the time afterwards. Buying such an outdoor hot tub means a higher initial cost, but that type of hot tub and hydromassage can be used for many years. The hot tubs available in our offer can be found here.

Is the hot tub equipped with additional features such as lighting systems, sound systems or hydromassage?

Our garden hot tub makes it possible to have a hydromassage bath with 14 AIR jets and a pump (1,000 W), thanks to which you will achieve the effect of a pearl massage. The water is heated by a heater (3 kW) with a thermostat (15-45°C), while the massager pump has adjustable water flow. The dimensions of the basin allow the whole family to bathe at the same time, and in the evening, a pleasant atmosphere is ensured by LED lighting (12 V).

Is the hot tub equipped with water filtration and purification systems, and what are the recommended maintenance procedures?

What are the recommendations for storing the hot tub during adverse weather conditions or when it is not in use for a long time?

The control of the hot tub is pneumatic, which translates into low failure rates, resistance to adverse weather conditions and damage. To protect the hot tub from unfavourable weather conditions, we offer the option of waterproofing.

Do you offer consulting services regarding the location and arrangement of a hot tub in the garden?

Since a wooden hot tub is a permanent feature added to the garden, its ideal location:

  • should be out of reach of other people - so that you can use your garden hot tub freely;
  • should allow the hot tub to blend in with its surroundings - this can be ensured by the greenery in the garden, although a home hot tub can also be placed on the terrace;
  • should allow the hot tub to be roofed - you do not have to place the hot in the open air but enclose it with, for example, a gazebo.
  • it is recommended to place the hot tub on a hard, levelled surface
