The quality of our products begins with the material – we select wood only from verified and certified sources. We primarily use thermally modified pine and natural spruce, which combine aesthetics with durability over time. For most spa products, we use innovative thermowood – a new-generation material subjected to advanced thermal treatment, ensuring exceptional resistance to moisture, mold, and weather conditions – without the use of chemicals, while guaranteeing stability, durability, and eco-friendly origin from reliable suppliers.

We guide the wood through processes such as selection, drying, cutting, milling, sanding, and finishing. Warranty
Our products come with a 24-month warranty. If any issue arises, we always address it individually and resolve it in agreement with the customer. Depending on the situation and requirements, we offer various solutions, such as shipping spare parts, sending a service technician, or refunding costs associated with the issue.

How to report a defect?
Before submitting a claim, please ensure that the device has been prepared and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and that the repair indeed requires additional assistance. If there is any issue with the delivered product, we encourage you to contact us by phone first. Most problems can be solved during the initial conversation.
To submit a claim via email, please describe the issue in detail, attach photos or videos clearly showing the problem, and send the message. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
We also remind you that regular maintenance and following the usage guidelines described in the manual significantly extend the product’s lifespan and protect against damage not covered by warranty. Remember – taking care of your equipment is the best way to avoid unnecessary failures and enjoy your product for years.
Placing an order
The ordering process starts with selecting the desired product or base for a custom project on our website. You can place an order entirely on your own or with the assistance of our consultant, who will help you prepare a full quotation. Our offer is divided into clear categories, making it easy to find what you are looking for. Most products include a configurator that allows you to choose the right elements or variations. Prices and specifications of all products and additional components are fully transparent and available before purchase.

Production start
Before production begins, we agree with the client on a preliminary completion date so that every detail can be carefully planned. After selecting the elements, placing the order, and confirming the details, we begin production. Each product is made exclusively to order. We carefully select materials, prepare the structure, and build the project according to the customer’s request.
Manufacturing process
All material processing is carried out in-house – step by step, using advanced machinery and experienced operators. Each structural element is precisely fitted and thoroughly tested for quality and durability. Next, we assemble the structure, prepare installations, and finish the product.
Shipping
Once production is completed, we carefully inspect the product and secure it for transport.
As agreed with the customer, we either organize shipping with unloading or leave it to the client’s arrangements. Every delivery stage is planned to ensure the order arrives safely and on time.
Ready to ise!
Products are delivered pre-assembled. Most solutions, however, require basic initial adjustment and power connection, which is the responsibility of the customer. Any instructions or assistance regarding setup are available from our advisors.
